Abstract
1976年부터 1979年까지 서울大學校 齒科大學 附屬病院 小兒齒科에 來院한 患者 6877名을
對象으로 齒牙 蝕 罹患狀態 및 年次的 治療傾向을 調査하여 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다.
1. 全般的으로 齒兒 蝕 罹患狀態가 每年 增加하였다.
2. 대체로 女兒가 d. e. f. T. & S. index와 D.M.F.T & S. index에서 男兒보다 높았다.
3. 1979年度의 治療狀況은 Amalgam Filling 4464 Pulpotomy 952, S. P.-Crown 1538 Gold
Inlay 250 Space Maintainer 341 Extraction 1313 Orthodontic Appliance 206例이었다.
4. 四年間의 治療傾向은 1976年度를 基準으로 新患數 87.5% Amalgam filling 50.0%
Extraction 31.4% Orthodentic Appliance 267.9% S.P.-Crown 225.8%가 增加하였으나 Gold
Inlay 27.8%Space Maintainer 2.3% Putpotomy 20.5% 滅少하였다.

6877 children who visited to pedodontic department from 1976 to 1979, were surveyed3
on the state of dental caries, therapic inclination a year and yearly tendency of
treatment.
The results were as follows ;
1. The prevalence of dental caries tended to show the increase in general year by year.
2. Girls had higher d.e.f.T. & S. index and D.M.F.T. & S. index than boys generally.
